Indian River County is unusual: the City of Vero Beach has shared the county's Building Division since 1983, so most Vero Beach permits come from the county after any city zoning sign-off. Indian River Shores and Sebastian run their own departments.

On the barrier island, salt air is constant, so fixtures and hardware get chosen for it before they're chosen for looks.

    Demo to grout. Each layer gets checked before the next one covers it.

  5. Walkthrough

    We walk it with you, grout line by grout line, before we call it done.
