Privacy policy

When you ask for an estimate or send a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, ZIP code, project type, timeline, a description of the project, and a photo if you attach one.

We use it to contact you about your project, prepare an estimate, and keep a record of your request. If you call or text us, we keep a record of that conversation in the same way.

To understand which advertising and search results bring people to us, the website records how you arrived: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign details such as UTM parameters or a Google Ads click ID. This is stored in your browser and sent with your form.

When you tap a phone number on the site, we log that a tap happened, the page it happened on, and how you arrived. We don't receive your phone number from a tap.

The site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. These services use cookies and similar technology to measure visits and to tell us when an ad led to an estimate request. When you submit a form, an encrypted (hashed) version of your email or phone may be shared with Google to measure ad results, as Google's enhanced conversions allow.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. The site still works without them.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your request is stored securely and emailed to our team and to Proway Digital, the agency that runs our website and advertising. We use service providers to host the site, store requests and send email. They process information only on our behalf.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with other contractors for marketing.

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as they're useful for serving you and for our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
