Full renovations
Down to the studs, back up in tile.
A full remodel means the old tile and drywall come out and the room gets rebuilt around how you use it. Shower size, tub, vanity and niches are planned together, so nothing fights for the same wall.
Then it goes back together in the right order: rough plumbing, waterproofing, tile, glass, fixtures. Each layer gets checked before the next one hides it.
- Layout planned around how you use the room
- Waterproofing before the first tile
- Shower, tub, vanity, glass and lighting in one plan

Master baths
The room you start and end the day in.
The master bath is where the wish list gets long: a freestanding tub, a double vanity, a walk-in shower big enough to turn around in without touching the glass.
We size each one to the room you actually have, and we'll tell you when a tub is costing you the shower you really want.
- Freestanding and built-in tubs
- Double and floating vanities
- Backlit mirrors and lit niches

Guest & hall baths
Small rooms, no wasted inch.
A five-by-eight hall bath has no room for mistakes. A recessed niche instead of a caddy, a floating vanity to open up the floor, and one tile carried floor to ceiling so the room reads bigger.
- Recessed niches, no caddies
- Floating vanities
- Large tile to make small rooms read bigger

Shower walls · Floors
- Good for
- Shower walls and bathroom floors. All the drama of veined marble, in a porcelain that needs no sealing in Florida humidity.
- Watch out for
- Bold veining needs the tiles laid out dry first, so the lines flow. Ask to see the layout before it goes on the wall.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on the scope. Retiling a floor is a small job; a full gut with a new shower layout is a bigger one. You get the schedule and the order of work at the design stage, before anything is torn out.
Is the design consultation really free?
Yes. We come to the house, walk the room with you, measure, and talk through layout, tile and fixtures. You get a written estimate before anything is ordered.
Can I keep using the house while you work?
Yes. If it's your only shower, tell us at the consultation and the order of work gets planned around it.
What drives the cost of a bathroom remodel?
Moving plumbing, the size of the shower, the tile you choose and how much of it goes on the walls. Keeping the drain and the toilet where they are costs far less than moving them across a slab.
Do you remodel condo bathrooms?
Yes. Condo boards usually want the scope, insurance paperwork and work hours before a job begins, so we start that conversation at the estimate.
